Through the years we have selected a reliable network of local offices in all the other Italian Ports through which we are able to provide the highest level of assistance. Operative and financial matters are centralized in our Head Office in Genoa in order to grant a better service to our Principals. We can also offer our agency services in other main Mediterranean countries through first-class foreign correspondents located in Spain, France, Croatia, Greece, Romania, Turkey and Israel. Our skilled staff has a large experience having worked for several years in the shipping field and maintains good and close relations with Port Authorities, Customs, Immigration, Cargo Shippers and Receivers. We always try to minimize port expenses avoiding, whenever possible, the "overtimes" of the various port services. We have developed an accurate and detailed database, continuously updated, of the characteristics, restrictions and tariffs of all Italian Ports, for which we would be pleased to be contacted. The above enables us to provide promptly our Clients with proforma disbursement accounts of whatever port they need. |
